How can I be notified for upcoming events?

What method of payment do you accept?
Credit card and e-Transfer.
How soon will I receive my order?
If the item is in stock, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once full payment has been received. For sourced or special-order pieces outside of Canada, delivery generally takes approximately two to three weeks, depending on the piece and designer.
Are there any shipping fees associated with my purchase?
We offer complimentary shipping within Canada. All delivered goods require a signature upon delivery.
For United States orders, shipping fees apply and are calculated based on location and the value of the item. Clients are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
How do I insure my jewellery purchase?
We can offer a Certified Jewellery Appraisal documentation for an additional fee.
Do you source bridal jewellery?
We do not source finished bridal jewellery pieces. However, we do offer custom jewellery services and can work with you to create a meaningful, custom piece upon request.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy to ensure you are in love with your purchase. To qualify for an exchange, jewellery must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. We do not offer refunds. All custom orders are final sale.
Is there a minimum spend to work with Linked by Brilla?
There is no set minimum spend. Each experience is guided by the client’s preferences, goals, and the pieces they are drawn to.
